Malice of the Cross by Jeremy Croston
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It was exciting to watch the characters struggle with their beliefs and set aside their differences to confront a greater evil. When three very different beings join forces to fight the evil they have to lay aside their preconceived notions of each other or they will not be successful.

The characters are well developed and the plot moves along quickly without leaving out any important events. At times the descriptions of the fights were a little to gory, but not so gory that I stopped reading. Also some of the fights seemed too easily won and brought to an end. They resolved almost too quickly. The religious theme was well written and not too preachy. It was great to see the characters struggle and yet ultimately return to their beliefs.
Mr. Croston has written a great book and I can’t wait to see more of his work.
